Refund/Cancellation Policy

From the homepage menu, click on My Account and login. Once logged in, click on profile and then edit and save the changes.

Yes. Once you have completed your course, the instructor will be notified. Your completed course will be reviewed and your certificate will be approved. Once approved, you will be notified via email. You can then login to your EW account and open and print your certificate.

Live Chat:

To speak with an E.W. rep via live chat, on any page at the bottom right corner,  click the yellow icon. This will open a chat window where you can engage in conversation with a live E.W. rep.

Instructor:

To speak with the instructor assigned to the course, within your account profile. From your profile, click on the instructor name and you will see the instructors contact info. Email or send the instructor a message.

E.W. Admin:

If you are not able to speak to a live chat rep or contact the instructor to resolve your questions of concern, please email the EW admin team at info@techwritingcerts.com and we will be able to assist immediately.

No. You are not required to purchase any books or materials for the courses offered at EW, however, we highly recommend you purchase the suggested materials for each course as they can be very instrumental in helping you learn and pass the appending quizzes.

Yes, making payments does not exclude you from taking any EW courses. You can still take EW courses while making payments. To make payments on courses, at checkout, select “Slice it” and you will be presented with a few options to make payments while taking an EW course.
